Annual Salary Negotiations 2025
The year 2025 has begun, which means that the annual salary negotiations are starting once again.
These negotiations take place over three rounds:
We will start with Academics and Manager salaries. You can find more information in the "Starter Pack" on the SDU HR Service Pages on SDUnet.
We will also create starter packs for the other two negotiation rounds, which will be posted on SDUnet at the beginning of each round.
