Community singing
Community singing at SDU Odense, 10th November and 8th December
Come and sing the day in with fellow students, researchers, lecturers and other employees at SDU. Everyone is welcome!
For each of the community singing sessions, we will use Højskolesangbogen (the Danish Folk High School Songbook) as a starting point, from which we will sing four specially selected songs that suit the month in question and (possibly) current themes in the news. There will be free coffee/tea and a great atmosphere for those who attend!
Community singing at SDU Odense will be held in the atrium at the main entrance of the University Library on the following dates and times - shown here with the song programme for each day:
Friday, 10th November, 11:00-11:30am

- Skyerne gråne (The Sky is Clouding Over)
- Vi sletternes sønner (We, Sons of the Plains)
- Se nu stiger solen (Look, the Sun Is Rising)
Friday, 8th December, 11:00-11:30am
- En sømand har sin enegang (A Sailor Goes His Own Way)
- Tit er jeg glad (Often I'm Happy)
- Vi mødtes i sne (We Met in the Snow)
- Højt fra træets grønne top (High from the Green Top of the Tree)
