The Christmas period entails changed services in SDU's joint administration. Get the overview here.
Financial Services
All six departments in Financial Services (i.e. Budget, Controller, the Central Administrative Service Team and Climate, Research Support – Finance, Procurement, and Tendering and Financial Accounting) will be closed during the period Friday 20 December 2024 at 14.00 until Thursday 2 January 2025 at 9.00 a.m.
SDU Analytics
SDU Analytics will be closed from Friday 20 December 2024 at 12:00 noon until Monday 6 January 2025 at 09.00.
SDU Analytics will respond to emails sent to sduanalytics@sdu.dk and dataadgang@sdu.dk during the holiday period in week 2 of 2025.

SDU Communications
Graphic Center will be closed from 23 December 2024 and reopens on 6 January 2025.
Language Services will be closed for the holidays between 24 December 2024 until 1 January 2025 (inclusive).
The Web unit is available on weekdays between Christmas and the New Year, albeit with reduced staffing. Please expect longer response times.

Technical Services
Technical Services would like to point out that there may be changes to daily operations in week 52 and week 1
Cleaning
As in previous years, cleaning will be reduced in week 52 (23 and 27 December and week 1 (30 December).
Therefore, please expect longer response times to enquiries. This applies to both cleaning and waste management.
During this period, a daily light cleaning will be carried out in laboratories that are in use, as well as in toilets, kitchens and conference rooms.
This applies to all campuses.

Logistics
During the period from Monday 23 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025,
there will be reduced staffing in Service and Logistics, which will result
in the following:
- There will be no postal runs or parcel deliveries at campus, WP, the Campus House, the Convent and Videnbyen. For any urgent parcel pickups, self-service is available at Service and Logistics.
- Newspapers must also be collected from Service and Logistics.
- Goods to be unloaded by forklift should not be booked for these days.
- Orders to the Central Warehouse will be processed with a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.
- Post for dispatch must be delivered to Service and Logistics before 15.00.
- Courier shipments must be delivered to Logistics Ø6-405-0 no later than 12.00 noon.
