You should expect slightly increased response time on support from 7 June to 4 August, but there is no shutdown during the summer.

SDU HR

SDU HR is open throughout the summer but with greatly reduced staffing in weeks 28, 29 and 30.
However, the International Staff Office (ISO) will be closed in week 30.

Accounting:
The Accounts Receivable department is closed for the summer holidays in weeks 29 and 30.
Accounts Payable is closed for the summer holidays in weeks 29 and 30.
The travel office is closed for the summer holidays in weeks 30 and 31.
Controller is closed for summer holidays in weeks 29 and 30.
Shared Administrative Services and Climate will be closed for summer holidays in weeks 29 and 30, limited staffing in week 31.
Research Support - Finance will not be closed during the summer holidays/summer break, but there will be greatly reduced staffing in weeks 28-29-30.

Budget will not be closed during the summer holidays/summer break, but there will be greatly reduced staffing in weeks 28-29-30.
Procurement and Tenders will not be closed during the summer holidays/summer break.

Support on phone 6550 2990 is open as usual throughout the summer:
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 15:30
Friday: 08:00 - 15:00

Our desk at Gydehutten in Odense and in Sønderborg is also open for personal enquiries throughout the summer (Friday until 14:00), while our desk at the following locations is closed for personal enquiries during the following weeks:

Library Opening Hours (Summer 2025)

All campus libraries are accessible 24/7 throughout the summer for staff (and students).

Service hours during weeks 27–35 are as follows:

• Odense: Monday–Friday: 9:00–15:00
  (Note: 10:00–14:00 during weeks 29 and 30)

• Esbjerg, Kolding, and Sønderborg: Monday–Friday: 10:00–14:00

• Slagelse: Monday–Thursday: 10:00–13:00
  (Note: No service during week 29)
