Technical Services is on an employee outing on Thursday 29 September 2022

As all Technical Services employees are on an outing this day, there will be no available staff on the campuses.

In relation to Service and Logistics, there will be the following changes in daily operations:

There will be no postal runs or parcel deliveries at Campus, WP, Campus College, Klosteret and Videnbyen. For any urgent parcel pickups, self-service is available at Service and Logistics.
Newspapers must also be collected from Service and Logistics.
Goods to be unloaded by forklift should not be booked for this day.
Courier parcels and documents cannot be sent.
Orders to the Distribution Centre (Centrallageret) will not be processed on this day.
Post for dispatch must be delivered to Service and Logistics before 3.00 p.m.

Since the outing involves all TS staff, no TS staff will be available in the campus cities.
