Status of the restructuring
Survey on the way – how is programme administration perceived?
In early 2026, SDU will be conducting a survey among all lecturers and heads of programme about the perceived quality of programme administration.
The purpose is to gather knowledge about how administrative processes related to teaching and exams work in practice from the perspective of lecturers and heads of programme.
The survey is part of the follow-up on the reorganisation of SDU's study administration, which will support more uniform administrative workflows across the university. The results will be used to assess where the reorganisation is working well and where further attention is needed.
Why is it important?
The experiences of lecturers and heads of programme are a key indicator of whether the administrative processes support teaching and the administration of examinations.
How does the survey work?
- The questionnaire is sent to lecturers and heads of programme via email in week 4.
- It typically takes about 5 to 15 minutes to complete (the range is due to the open-ended questions in the survey).
- Responses are treated anonymously.
We hope that many will participate and contribute with their experiences.
