The SDU Citizen Science Knowledge Center offers advice on external funding for research projects involving public participation. This guidance is provided in collaboration with research support staff at the faculties as well as SDU RIO researchers.
If, as a researcher, you are considering involving citizens in your research, we recommend contacting us early in the process, preferably before you begin writing the application.

The Knowledge Center is in ongoing dialogue with the faculties' research support units to support grant applications with citizen science elements. SDU RIO also provides advice, support and guidance in connection with Horizon Europe, where citizen science is included in several programme areas.
