Project management

EU project management

Are you a researcher coordinating a large and complex EU research and innovation project? The EU project managers based in SDU RIO offer high-quality services in different types of EU projects.

Researchers leading large EU projects can get project management support from the award of the grant to its completion from RIO Research Support.

The EU project managers at RIO are experienced in managing different types of EU projects, including Horizon 2020 and Horizon EU.

Effective project execution

EU projects often involve a large degree of complexity and a heavy workload.

When you hire an EU project manager, you gain a colleague with extensive experience in coordinating large consortia that include diverse stakeholders—ranging from academic institutions and non-university partners to grant providers.

With a strong background in managing complex collaborations, they ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.

Furthermore, flexible in-person support is available, with the option to work several days per week at the department, depending on assignments, needs, and relevance.

Assistance with budget oversight can be provided if agreed upon in advance.
