This is a guide on how to plan and carry out a walk ‘n’ talk meeting

Studies have shown that attending walking meetings can have a positive effect on your health, well-being, mood and relationship with colleagues, as well as your ability to develop ideas and be creative. This guide aims to disseminate and inform about the walk ‘n’ talk meeting as a meeting format at SDU.
