Updated information security policy and handbook
Updated information security policy and handbook
The Information Security Policy is revised once a year by Governance, Risk & Compliance, SDU IT. It has been submitted to the Executive Board and approved by the Director.
The Information Security and Data Protection Committee has approved this year's revision of the Information Security Handbook.
The significant changes are:
- Consequential corrections as a result of the organisational change in connection with the merger of SDU Digital and SDU IT.
- Specific rules from SDU SAFE. These rules are mainly about screening of employees who have been in contact with URIS countries upon recruitment. Requirements for TV surveillance especially in areas with critical research and new description of security zones.
- Clarification of SecOps' powers (SecOps is the operational IT security unit in SDU IT).
- Updated risk analysis and assessment.
The documents can be found on GRC's overview of policies and guidelines.
