SDU IT is changing service management solution
Monday, March 18 2024, SDU IT will launch Freshservice
Monday, March 18, 2024, SDU IT will launch our new service management system, Freshservice. The solution will replace IHLP, which we are retiring. The most significant changes will occur internally within SDU IT, and we need some time to familiarize ourselves with the new system, so please bear with us if we make mistakes.
As a user, you should still call 2990 if you need quick assistance. However, if you need to contact us in writing, we would prefer you to do so via the service portal at https://service.sdu.dk. If it suits you better, you are also welcome to visit one of our Service Desks in person.
On the portal, you have the option to report an issue or request a service or delivery from us. We very much hope that you will submit your inquiries through this channel.
Our email, servicedesk@sdu.dk, will not be closed, but we will often be able to assist you better, faster, and more efficiently if your written inquiry comes through https://service.sdu.dk.
However, the email will be briefly closed on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 12:00 to 15:00. During this time, we will be available by phone to handle your urgent inquiries.
