  In the overview below you will find the production time for the many different products printed in the Graphic Centre. These are production times only, so you must add the delivery time to the number of working days listed.

  For all products apply that if you order more than the stated maximum quantity or if it is more urgent than our production times, a quote will be obtained from an external supplier and the cost will be invoiced to you as the customer.

  You will receive an email when your order has been finalised and is sent by post for delivery or is ready for pick-up.

  
  
• Delivery

  Internal delivery:

  • OUH's central mailroom in Odense

  The Technical Services department collects materials from the Graphic Centre every day at 13:00. Delivery takes place the following business day. In case your order is not ready for collection before 13:00, please allow an extra business day for delivery.

  Delivery with PostNord:

  • Other OUH addresses
  • Campus in Esbjerg
  • Campus in Sønderborg
  • Campus in Slagelse

  Delivery with PostNord usually takes 1-3 business days. We do not deliver to private addresses.

• Missed deliveries or special agreements

  If you have not received your order or if you need a special delivery agreement, please contact Technical Services:

  • Pick up your order in the Graphic Centre

  You can always choose to pick up your order in the Graphic Centre's 'Pick-up zone' in Odense.
