Delivery and production times

Find an overview of production times for the many different products in the Graphic Centre as well as delivery information.

Information on in-person service and delivery times

The Graphic Centre is temporarily closed for in-person service due to a high volume of orders. All enquiries must be made by email to grafiskcenter@sdu.dk or by prior arrangement.

Delivery times are likely to be longer than the advertised production times. We therefore advise you to plan your order well in advance. For urgent printing jobs, please contact external printers such as Stibo Complete or Vester Kopi.

Delivery and production

  • In the overview below, you will find the indicative production times for the many different products printed in the Graphic Centre. These are production times only, so you must add the delivery time to the number of working days listed.

    For all products apply that if you order more than the stated maximum quantity or if it is more urgent than our production times, a quote will be obtained from an external supplier and the cost will be invoiced to you as the customer.

    You will receive an email when your order has been finalised and is sent by post for delivery or is ready for pick-up.


  • Internal delivery:

    • Campus in Odense
    • Campus in Kolding
    • OUH's central mailroom in Odense

    The Technical Services department collects materials from the Graphic Centre every day at 13:00. Delivery takes place the following business day. In case your order is not ready for collection before 13:00, please allow an extra business day for delivery.

    Delivery with PostNord:

    • Other OUH addresses
    • Campus in Esbjerg
    • Campus in Sønderborg
    • Campus in Slagelse

    Delivery with PostNord usually takes 1-3 business days. We do not deliver to private addresses.

  • If you have not received your order or if you need a special delivery agreement, please contact Technical Services:

    • Pick up your order in the Graphic Centre

    You can always choose to pick up your order in the Graphic Centre's 'Pick-up zone' in Odense.

    • Entrance via "Stenten" - your order is on the shelf under the stairs.
    • Access from Campusvej at the Odense tram station "SDU University".

Pick-up zone

Printed materials can still be collected via the pick-up zone (at the end of Stenten, down the stairs).
