Find your SDU staff number

You will need your employee number to be registered as a user with SDU's travel agency CWT.

You can find your employee number in 2 ways:

1.  In the HR system (HCM):

• Click "Personlige oplysninger"
• Click "Ansættelsesoplysninger"
• Find "Personsystemnr." i column 2, row 4. The staff number is called Personsystemnr. in HCM.
  
  

2. In the travel and expense management system zExpense:

• Open a PDF version of a previous travel reimbursement
• Find the staff number in row 4 in the top left corner.
