Guide on good indoor climate

What is a good indoor climate?

Good air quality, the right temperature and a good standard of cleaning in the office have a particular bearing on a good indoor climate.
You can do a lot yourself to achieve a good indoor climate:

  • Keep the temperature at 20–22 degrees.
  • Keep your workplace tidy so that it is easy to access for the cleaners.
  • Maintain a good standard of cleaning.
  • Air out the room several times a day.

A poor indoor climate can cause problems such as headaches and dry mucous membranes. Symptoms are not always connected with the indoor climate, but the indoor climate is probably the culprit if the symptoms:

  • Occur after spending a long time in the office.
  • Disappear completely during weekends or holidays
