The Ministry has approved the creation of eight new English-language bachelor’s and mas-ter’s degree programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Interactive Technology Engineering.

Master's degree programme in Artificial Intelligence at SDU Odense
In addition to the programmes for SDU Vejle, one new programme has also been approved for SDU Odense.
The purpose of the programme is to train specialists in artificial intelligence (AI) with a focus on a broad ap-proach to AI. Graduates will develop AI solutions that will create value for individuals and organisations – and identify new areas where AI can be applied. The programme ensures they can design and develop, im-plement and integrate resource-saving and/or quality-enhancing AI systems in accordance with legislation, ethics and societal needs. They will act as bridge builders between technical aspects and contribute to the strategic work and benefits of AI in decision-making processes.
The programme will be launched in September 2026.
