About education quality
E-learning courses are live
Introductions to working with education quality according to the new policy and follow-up process are now available to everyone.
In connection with the project Revision of SDU's quality assurance system for education, new e-learning courses have been designed to equip everyone who sits on councils, boards or committees to contribute to good, objective dialogues, decisions and documentation processes that concern SDU's education programmes.
In this work, it is important to have a basic knowledge of SDU's quality assurance system for education, because the system is the framework for developing and ensuring the quality of teaching, programmes and student life more broadly across SDU.
Although the courses are targeted at those with specific responsibility for programme quality, they have been made available to anyone interested.
Three different options
The e-learning courses are hosted on itslearning and contain a mix of overviews, videos and accompanying texts. There are three versions of the programme:
- A course in English for both employees and students: Education quality at SDU (opens itslearning in a new tab)
- A course in Danish for students: Uddannelseskvalitet for studenterrepræsentanter (opens itslearning in a new tab)
- A course in Danish for employees: Uddannelseskvalitet for ansatte (opens itslearning in a new tab)
Specifically about the programme for students
The course for students is part of a space on itslearning that is shared by all student representatives at SDU. The room is available to all interested parties - including those who are considering standing for election. In addition to the e-learning programme on the quality assurance system, there are also resources and inspirational materials such as dilemma cases and a glossary explaining some of the many technical terms you may encounter in your work.
It is planned that additional materials in the form of podcasts, videos, examples and guides will be added on an ongoing basis. Content requests are very welcome!
