Mindfulness at the Faculty of Science

In the spring of 2025, the Faculty of Science is offering drop-in mindfulness sessions on Tuesdays from 13.30 to 14.00, in the period from 7 January up to and including 8 April.

The sessions are inspired by the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme. Mindfulness means being present and accepting the present moment, in a non-judgmental way. In mindfulness, you practice the ability to be present and accepting towards yourself and others.

Registration isn't required. Just come and join us.

The faculty management supports all staff members participating in physical activities as far as their individual work tasks allow. All employees at the Faculty of Science have the opportunity to engage in one hour of exercise during work hours every week. This exercise must be done with at least one other colleague, and how the hour is distributed over the days is up to the employee.
