In the autumn of 2024, the Faculty of Science offers drop-in mindfulness sessions on Tuesdays from 13.30 to 14.00, starting on 17 September 2024.
The sessions are inspired by the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme. Mindfulness means being present and accepting the present moment, in a non-judgmental way. In mindfulness, you practice the ability to be present and accepting towards yourself and others.
Registration isn't required. Just come and join us.
