1 Welcome - by MEA

2 News from SDU Equality Committee - by MEA

There was a discussion about the gender equality report. The other faculties will be using something similar as the one on SUND.

SDU HR gave information on maternity and paternity leave. There will be more clear directions on this.

There was a discussion about concerns on social changes and how diversity is interpreted here at SDU. If anyone comes across any challenges, please bring it forward to this committee.

GET informed that they have been part of EU processes and the work in regard to that.

3 Annual Wheel for SUND Equality Committee 2026 - by MEA

The annual wheel for 2026 and meeting dates were discussed at will be used at every meeting as a dynamic tool.

4 Input for the annual GE-report 2026 – by MEA

The committee gave input to SWOT. It will be presented at the next meeting.

5 Roundtable updates, including status from local Equality Committees, departmental goals, work groups and current issues - by all

At IOB/IP they had a meeting in the local equality committee where they invited their HR partner to join the meeting. It was a very constructive meeting and a recommendation to the other local committees to do the same.

At SIF they held a recruitment workshop with GET. Theres is a need for more standardized job postings and interview format for job interviews. SUND HR is about to launch standardized job postings in the new year.

6 Status on Leaking pipeline - by VHW

Vibeke presented a draft for a questionnaire, and the committee gave inputs. The document will be adjusted and send it out for review in the committee.

Anne Mette will look into the legal aspects in the questionnaire.

Next step is to test it on a group of people.

7 Status on ongoing Mentoring for Change program – by KK

The Mentoring for Change program is getting very good feedback from the mentees. They have had their first seminar with negotiation techniques and strategic networking on the agenda. They have held 2 group meetings so far.

It was proposed that the positive experiences should be included when the application process reopens in 2026.
