Procurement of IT equipment are handled through Annette Duus. You can either send her a wishlist via SDU’s IT webshop or email her with your purchase requests. Remember to include the account code to be used for payment. Standard equipment should be ordered at least one week before you need it.

Orders are handled manually by our experienced buyers and are made through eOrdre with the appropriate approvals in TrueTrade, so that there are control procedures for who places which orders.
