SDU uses workplace assessments, because they help ensure a good working environment

If you are employed more than one day a week and have more than three months’ seniority, you will receive an email from Rambøll Management Consulting on 5 October inviting you to participate in a questionnaire survey.

The questionnaire survey is part of SDU’s 2021 Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey, which aims to systematically provide an overview of working environment conditions at SDU and target improvements and prevention.

In order for the survey to provide as accurate an overview of the working environment and well-being as possible, it is important that you also participate.

To participate, simply click on the link in the invitation email and voice your opinion in the questionnaire.

On 15 November, you will be able to view the anonymised answers on SharePoint. There will also be a follow-up dialogue in your unit to identify the issues and find good solutions.
