9 new electric cars in Odense ready for booking in Mileage Book
We are pleased to announce that 9 new electric cars are ready for use - and they can already be booked in Mileage Book. The cars are parked at P8, where they are charged and ready to hit the road.
Status on charging stations
The plan was to start with electric cars at both P8 and P1. However, we have encountered challenges in getting VoresELnet to connect power to the charging stations at P1. As the timeline is still unclear, we have chosen to gather all electric cars at P8 so we can get started without further delays. The most important thing for us is that you can start using the electric cars now.
Keys can be picked up in Logistics
We had hoped for a keyless solution from the start. The test period with the new ID.4 models has shown that the technology is not yet stable enough. Therefore, the keys are temporarily collected at Logistics. We are already working on a smarter and more user-friendly solution for key management.
More electric cars on the way
For those of you who find the trip to P8 a bit long, there is good news: a new tender for more electric cars is underway, and we expect to offer electric cars at P1 by the end of 2026. This means even better accessibility and more green kilometers for all of us.
