Funding Opportunities

EPICUR Travel Grant

If you are planning a visit to an EPICUR partner institution with the aim of deepening and strengthening collaboration, both VIP and TAP staff are eligible to apply for an EPICUR Travel Grant.

To apply, please send an email to epicur@sdu.dk including the following information:

• Number of participants from SDU
• Host EPICUR partner institution
• Travel dates (or expected duration if dates are not yet confirmed)
• Purpose and objectives of the visit

The grant covers travel and per diem expenses in accordance with SDU’s standard travel regulations. Applications must be approved by your manager prior to submission.

Collaboration Funds

SDU has allocated funds to support the development of EPICUR learning experiences, such as Open Courses, Integrated Learning Elements and Learning Pathways.

Application periods are announced through Funding Calls and published on SDUnet approximately twice a year.

EPICUR Seed Funding

This joint funding scheme supports promising research collaboration projects between EPICUR partner universities and aims to stimulate synergies between teaching and research.

Calls for proposals are announced annually and published on SDUnet.

EPICUR Scholarship

EPICUR Scholarship Students participating in an EPICUR learning experience, such as an Open Course or an Integrated Learning Element, at a partner university may apply for an EPICUR scholarship.

Students enrolled in Open Courses that include an on-site component will automatically receive information about the scholarship from SDU’s EPICUR Office.

For Integrated Learning Elements, course coordinators must contact SDU’s EPICUR Office to reserve scholarship funding for their students.
