The Board of Studies for Design and Cross Border Studies works to ensure quality, relevance, and coherence in education and teaching through collaboration between students and educators.

The Purpose of the Study Board

The purpose of the Study Board is to ensure quality, relevance, and coherence in education and teaching. 

The board consists of elected representatives of teachers and students at Design and Cross Border Studies and contributes to the joint development of the education programs.

The Study Board for Design and Cross Border Studies covers the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Design Culture (both profiles), Design Management, and International Business, Language, and Culture (cand.merc.int.). 

Submitting an Application to the Study Board 

Guidelines for applications on and applicable deadlines for exemptions and credit transfers can be found on your study page on mitsdu.
The application deadline is 7 days before a Study Board meeting.

Expected Response Time
The Study Board aims to respond to applications and inquiries no later than 14 days after a meeting.

Do you need to apply to your Study Board for funding for expenses, purchases or catering?
Use this form (in Danish) to apply for funding for an event, an excursion, one-off purchases/expenses or catering from the canteen.

Do you need to apply to your Study Board for funding for a guest lecture?
Use this form (in Danish) to apply to your Study Board for funding for a guest lecturer’s fee.
