What: This course will give you an understanding of how your research is collected and presented in external research databases. You will also learn how you can edit and correct collected information.
During the course you will be introduced to citation databases and how your data is collected and presented in each database. We will go through the databases Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and Pure. We will focus on author profiles in each of these databases as well as how ORCID can be used to actively improve other author profiles.
After the introduction there will be time to go through the introduced profiles with help from the library. Please bring a laptop for this part.
