Written final evaluation

The written final evaluation is conducted in EVAL and consists of standardised questions and programme-specific questions. Here you can read about the framework, content and use of the written final evaluation.

The written final evaluation takes place in EVAL and consists of six mandatory standard questions, all answered on a scale from 1 to 5. In addition, there are three optional questions formulated by the programme itself.

The questions are approved by the study board and are used for all courses in the programme for one academic year, after which they may be revised.

After the final evaluation, the lecturer and/or course leader prepares a follow-up note. Read more about the follow-up procedure here.

The content of the written evaluation is set out below. 

Please note:

A confidentiality threshold applies to classes with fewer than five registered students.

In such cases, an oral evaluation is recommended.

1. How actively have you participated in the course?

Assess your own effort in the areas below on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 = not active at all and 5 = very highly active.

a. Preparation for teaching

  1. Not active at all (I have not prepared at all)
  2. Active to a limited extent (I have prepared a little)
  3. Active to some extent (I have prepared moderately)
  4. Active to a high extent (I have prepared well)
  5. Active to a very high extent (I have prepared very well)
