Employee development (MUS)

As an employee at SDU, you will be invited to a performance and development review (MUS) by your manager once a year, during which you can have an in-depth dialogue and align expectations about goals, tasks, well-being, collaborative relations, professional and personal development.

Read more and find the schedule for your MUS here.

MUS at the Faculty of Science

In addition to using SDU HR’s MUS interview designer, performance and development review facilitators at the Faculty of Science may choose to use the faculty’s 2020 MUS form. Like SDU HR’s conversation designer, this form is characterised by a purpose-driven approach and is tailored to the individual employee.

When using this form, the manager and the individual employee agree in advance on the objectives that will form the focus of the interview, and thus guide the employee’s specific preparation.
