You can book a hotel or other accommodation in several ways, but you must keep the price below a fixed amount called 'hoteldispositionsbeløbet'.
Hotel in Denmark
As far as possible, you must book a standard room at a hotel with which SDU has a co-operation agreement, i.e. hotels covered by the SKI agreement.
You can book hotel rooms in Denmark in one of the following ways:
- Directly with the hotel.
- Through SDU's accommodation agency..
- With SDU's travel agency CWT.
Hotel abroad
Hotel rooms abroad must be booked through SDU's travel agency CWT. You must pay by credit card as CWT does not send invoices for hotel stays abroad.
However, if a hotel room is offered in connection with a conference at a reasonable price, you are welcome to take advantage of this offer.
