If you need to use a credit card to pay fee for participation in conferences or seminars you can ask Anette, Jette (TEI) or Christina (depending on which section you are part of) for use of the ITI credit card.
Send an email with information about the event and include the link for payment as well as analysis/ project number that will pay the expenses.
