Guidelines for PC equipment and mobile phones for employees at TEK

The guidelines apply to all employees at TEK. However, exceptions can be made if required by tasks. Any exceptions must be approved by the manager who carries the financial responsibility.

PC equipment

In general, the standard packages offered by SDU IT and which are on purchase agreements must be used. This ensures optimal consumption of resources and the best prices.

Cell phones

Relating to mobile phones, purchases can be made up to approximately DKK 4,000 on the current purchase agreement. It is the department that decides whether the individual employee must have a telephone, which typically takes place in connection with employment. When ordering, an approval from the nearest manager must be available.
