End of semester

Upload a final reading list after the last lecture
An updated reading list for the entire course should be made available for the students latest after the last lecture, to allow students to adequately prepare for the exam.

Address student evaluations
At the end of each semester students are invited to evaluate each course via a digital survey. The evaluations are standard as part of the Study Boards’ quality assurance of education programmes.

  • Lecturers will receive a link to the evaluation results allowing them to view and comment on the evaluation outcomes once it has been completed.
  • Lecturers will be able to address critical issues of the evaluation before this is passed on to the study board.
  • The study board  is responsible for taking necessary actions to improve the quality of programmes or courses if needed.

Register your workload for the semester
By the end of the semester the DBM secretariat sends out a request for academic staff to register their teaching related workload. Information about teaching-norms can be found on SDUnet here.

  • Register your workload before the given deadline.

After the semester

Critically reflect on the course.
We encourage lecturers to critically reflect on the lectured course and consider areas of improvement or development.
Please contact the course responsible if you identify elements of the course that with benefit could be changed to improve the course.
