As a parent, you are entitled to two care days per child per year, until the year in which your child turns 7 years old. The care days must be used within one calender year and cannot be transferred.
When you become a parent, you must inform your local HR officer to secure your rightful care days.
At the MMMI Secretariat, your local HR managers are Ditte-Maria Villefort Christensen or Kristina Pedersen.
If you have specific questions about care days that the above information cannot answer, you are welcome to contact Ditte-Maria or Kristina.
HR allocates the care days in HCM, after which you can plan the days in HCM yourself with Ditte-Maria or Kristina as approver.
