As a parent, you are entitled to two care days per child per year, until the year in which your child turns 7 years old. The care days must be used within one calender year and cannot be transferred.
When you become a parent, you must inform your local HR officer to secure your rightful care days.
If you have specific questions about care days that the above information cannot answer, you are welcome to contact your local MMMI HR managers Ditte-Maria or Kristina on email TEK-fravaer@mmmi.sdu.
HR allocates the care days in HCM, after which you can plan the days in HCM yourself with Ditte-Maria or Kristina as approver.
