Train tickets - must be bought on dsb.dk - remember to get permission from relevant Research Leader, Head of Centre, VILU
Hotel - remember to get the receipt from the hotel if you pay/use our credit card.
Flights - must not be paid by yourself - must be booked and paid through Egencia. If you wish to bring a spouse, or similar, the ticket can be booked at the same time if you provide your own credit card number to Egencia.'
