STÅ and teaching outside of SEBE

STÅ-Statements

Earnings for teaching (STÅ) is calculated each year at the end of October/ at the beginning of November. Lise reviews and controls that SEBE gets paid for all the teaching in Esbjerg as well as other cities.

If you teach or are an advisor (Bachelor/Master/HD) at other faculties and/or in the other cities, we must make sure that we get paid for it.
That’s why it is important that as soon as you have had lessons or exams “outside of SEBE” you have to send an e-mail to
lab@sam.sdu.dk with a copy of the exam record or the title of the course, course ID and the number of students.

Teaching at other campusses

Teaching outside of SDU must be arranged with the Head of Departments before it takes place. Afterwards There will be drawn up a contract with the specific Department afterwards.

Lise must then be contacted.

If you have been tutor for BSc projects, MSc theses or Master’s  dissertation you must send a copy of the exam record or the title of the course and the number of students.

If you have had a part of a course/teaching “outside the house” which we haven’t talked about (was not planned) you are welcome to stop by Lise - so we can check if we have split STÅ or sent a bill for it.

If you have been internal examiner (NOT HD) for other departments than SEBE, Lise will need information about: Where - when - course ID - number of students - the examination form etc. (You may send a copy of the exam record) so we can send a bill to the other Department.
