Moving of telephone system from Skype to Teams

During the move, you will not be able to make calls via Skype or Microsoft Teams. From Monday 28th November, you will no longer be able to make calls from Skype, as the move will have been completed. After this, telephony will be via Microsoft Teams.

What do you need to do beforehand so that you're ready to make calls via Microsoft Teams from 28th November?

To make sure you're ready to make calls via Teams, make sure you have Microsoft Teams installed on your computer if it is not already installed. Teams can be installed from the 'Software Center' app on your computer.

In addition, make sure the software for your headset, including updates, is installed before the move occurs. Read more here about how this should be done from the ‘Software Center’ app on your computer.
