Welcome to a new portal for everyone involved in the recruitment and onboarding of scientific and technical-administrative staff.
In collaboration with GET, SDU HR is launching a new portal for recruitment and onboarding for all (in Danish), who contribute to the recruitment of a diverse talent pool to SDU.
How can we make an attractive job advertisement that attracts diverse and qualified candidates? How do we conduct a bias-aware screening of applicants? What framework do we have for putting together committees? What framework do we have for shortlisting and rating scientific staff? How do we provide good onboarding and set the framework for a career path that can retain skilled talent? What IT systems do we use for what and how? And where can help be found if we would like to qualify our recruitment processes?
On the recruitment portal, you will find inspiration, tools and templates for every step of the recruitment process adapted to both VIP and TAP recruitment. The portal is for anyone who works with recruitment and onboarding at SDU - or has an interest in this.
The portal is part of SDUnet version 2.0, and the content has been developed following a mapping of recruitment processes and the wishes for support of those involved. SDU HR and GET will further develop and maintain the site, which is qualified through a broad collaboration with all faculties and Central Administration.
New employees will also find information about SDU as a workplace and about living in Denmark
The recruitment portal supplements the existing access points that provide information for new and international employees.
