Implementation of the new position structure at SDU has now been approved
The Executive Board (the Rectorate and the deans) has now approved the letter of intent concerning the implementation of the new position structure for scientific staff at SDU.
The new position structure for scientific staff (link only in Danish) came into force on 1 January 2020. Some changes could be implemented immediately, but some other areas have required discussion about how to implement the position structure at SDU. The implementation of the revised position structure has been composed based on recommendations from an HSU working group and has subsequently been sent for consultation across SDU.
A final implementation plan is being worked on as well as a presentation of the new position structure on SDUnet.
For your information, the first draft of the SDU promotion programme has been processed by the Executive Board and is now being sent for consultation in the Academic Council, the University Council and the HSU. The promotion programme is expected to be approved by the Executive Board in September 2022.
