If you have questions or need help using Conference Manager, contact SDU’s support team at cm-support@sdu.dk. Please describe the problem you are experiencing in your email (it’s a good idea to attach screen dumps) and include your name and the conference ID for the event in question.

Financial support

If your enquiry relates to finance, services, VAT or similar matters, contact Jens V. Kierkegaard, Financial Services, at jvk@sdu.dk. Please include the event name, conference ID and other relevant details in your email.

You can get great help from our superusers – email CM-support@sdu.dk or email one of the superusers directly.

Suggestions for improvement

If you have any suggestions for developments or improvements to Conference Manager, please email SDU Support at cm-support@sdu.dk. The support team can then assess the options and take the request forward.

If you would like to be set up as a user in Conference Manager, contact SDU Support at cm-support@sdu.dk.

SDU has a limited number of licences for Conference Manager, so please assess your needs carefully before a licence is allocated.

It is important to consider how often you expect to use the system, and whether a shared licence for your unit or department might be a more suitable solution. This ensures the licences are utilised efficiently and made available to those who need them most.
