For organisers seeking support with planning, SDU offers partnerships with two established providers of conference consultancy and congress services.

Destination Fyn Convention Bureau

Destination Fyn provides free, impartial advice to both Danish and international organisers wishing to hold meetings or conferences on Funen. Their advisory services cover everything from selecting venues and hotels to providing input on the programme, logistics and opportunities in the local area.

They can also assist in establishing contact with relevant companies, local stakeholders and authorities, and they provide project management support for large-scale conferences. If the organiser so wishes, Destination Fyn can also produce presentation materials and proposals to help attract conferences.

A face-to-face meeting at SDU can be arranged if the organiser wishes to view the facilities or receive more detailed advice.

KongresKompagniet

KongresKompagniet is an experienced conference and event organiser operating both nationally and internationally. They offer professional support throughout the entire planning process, including administration, project management, registration, contracts and the handling of abstracts.

They can act as a full-service provider or provide support for specific aspects of the conference planning, depending on the organiser’s needs.
