Vacation request 2025-2026
Notice and planning for regular vacation days will begin in a few weeks
The notice and planning of the up to 25 regular vacation days for the 2025/2026 vacation year will begin in the coming weeks. These vacation days must be held between September 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
Vacation days must be planned in HCM at http://hcm.sdu.dk/. Use ”Company Single Sign-On” and check out the guide for further information here: Register your vacation and absence
Vacation requests must be submitted no later than September 22, 2025.
Employees will receive further information about the above from their absence administrator in the department/unit.
