Salary adjustment as of 1 August 2026 and special holiday allowance
As a result of the OK26 agreement in the state sector, salaries will increase by approximately 0.65% for state employees as of 1 August 2026.
The salary increase will be implemented automatically and will be visible on the payslip for August 2026.
You will also receive a special holiday allowance
Please note that a special holiday allowance for the months of June, July, and August 2026 will also be paid simultaneously.
