Salary increase in connection with OK24
In mid-April, the state collective agreement results (OK24) were finally adopted.
One of the most visible results for you as an employee is the salary increase of 5.89% agreed on 1 April 2024.
The salary increase will be reflected on your payslip at the end of April. The adjustment applies to your entire fixed salary, i.e. both your basic salary and allowances.
