New Redwood Design in HCM Core on August 18

At the same time, the front page of SDU HCM will have a new turquoise background color – just as the color palette and fonts have been changed in both HCM and ERP.

In Core itself, flows and actions will be updated to a more modern, simple, and intuitive user interface. The changes primarily affect colleagues in SDU HR, but also employees with the roles of Local HR and Local Recruitment Employee in HCM.

The affected employees will receive new instructions during July, and from August 18, they will also be available on SDUnet.

What does this mean for you?

If you have tasks in HCM Core:

• You will experience a new design and changed user interface in Core
• Your workflows will appear simpler and more intuitive
• You will receive new instructions in July
• The guides will be available on SDUnet from August 18

If you do not work in Core:

• You will only experience changes in design (colors and fonts) in both HCM and ERP
