The Improvement Hub and the Executive Committee
Organisation
The University Director owns the strategy. SDU IT is responsible for implementing the strategy. The threads to the entire organisation are tied together in an Executive Committee, which also passes representatives from the faculties and the Central Administration. The Executive Committee also includes representatives from the Improvement Hub, whose task is to implement the Executive Committee's decisions. The team is anchored in SDU IT.
