General guidelines
Social media profile images should be designed with a white centred logo on a black background.
Campus cities
Profile images for SDU's campus cities must have a white centred logo on a black background. The name of the campus city appears in the page title and is not integrated into the profile image itself. This emphasises that all campuses are part of a single SDU.
Faculties
Profile images for SDU's faculties must pass an abbreviation of the faculty name at the top and a centred SDU logo placed at the bottom.
Study and research specific units
For study and research specific units such as departments, centres and projects, the profile picture should pass a white icon and a centred SDU logo placed at the bottom.
Administrative units
Administrative units should use profile pictures with a black icon and logo on a white background.
In general
Primarily use brand photos without text - or alternatively video if it makes sense for the target audience and purpose of the site.
