Technical Services handles the reconstruction, renovation and maintenance of SDU’s building stock. This includes everything from minor tasks to major reconstruction and renovation of offices, shared meeting rooms, laboratories and common areas, etc.

Send us an email stating:
- What you need:Justification for why the task is to be carried out.
- Research:In the case of major reconstruction, have you discussed the need with the head of section?
- Location:Which department? Which hallway? Indicate the room number. State the location as accurately as possible and include documentation in the form of photos or schematics.
- Time: What is the time frame? When do you want to start? When do you want it completed? Please state the reasons why.
Each enquiry is assessed by Technical Services, including budget and funding source.
