Campus Odense

There are mail runs to the Central University Administration once a day. The last mail run (only collection of mail from the Administration’s mailroom) is Monday–Thursday at 3:30 p.m. and Fridays at 2:00 p.m.

Other locations in Odense

There are two mail runs per day: 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On Fridays, the afternoon mail run is at 1:00 p.m.

Other campus towns

  • Kolding: Mail is sorted in the morning (both external mail and internal mail from the other campus cities). The various departments then pick up their mail themselves at the Information desk. In the afternoon, the departments also deliver their own outgoing mail (external mail and internal mail to other campus cities) to the pigeonhole at the Information desk. Attendants from Technical Services take care of franking and sending the mail. Last time for delivery: 3.30pm. Monday–Thursday; Fridays 2:00 p.m.
  • Esbjerg: Incoming mail is sorted and delivered to the various departments/centres between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The afternoon mail run is at around 3:00 p.m.
  • Sønderborg: Incoming mail is delivered to the following locations before 9.00 a.m.: The Library, MCI, IFKI and Border Region Studies. Other departments/offices collect their mail themselves. Outgoing internal and external mail is to be delivered to the Technical Services attendants. This happens Monday to Thursday before 2:30 p.m. and Fridays before 12:30 p.m.
  • Slagelse: Incoming mail goes to the Library, where the Administration collects it and distributes it internally. The Administration also franks outgoing external mail itself, which is collected by PostNord around 4:00 p.m.

Remember to clearly state the following:

  • Name
  • Department/institute

NB!

  • Personal data must not be sent via circulation envelopes.
