Examination order
From this year, July is included in the assessment deadline
Assessment must take place no later than 4 weeks after the event
The current Examination Order, which came into force on 1 October 2025, means (cf. section 27) that written examinations and tests must be assessed within 4 weeks of the activity being held. The month of July is no longer exempt and is included in the calculation of the 4-week assessment deadline.
The assessment deadline of 4 weeks also applies to bachelor projects, master's theses, academic postgraduate projects and master's projects, which, according to the repealed examination order, should be assessed within 6 weeks of submission.
