Laboratory teaching - Setting free without letting go

The purpose with this event is to inspire your teaching in the laboratory. With a setoff in concrete experiences, we will explore ways to conduct lab work with different levels of student driven engagement in the lab work. Themes that will be addressed is students’ ownership, responsibility and self-directed learning in laboratories as well as well as issues that may arise when more degrees of freedom is introduced in the lab teaching. We expect good dialogues about practical possibilities, engagement, learning, safety, and progression.
